Note that while the condo does not have central air conditioning, a portable AC unit is available in the bedroom, complemented by ceiling fans and excellent cross-ventilation from the delightful trade winds.

This airy, light-filled one-bedroom condo boasts a lovely lanai offering exceptional ocean and sunset views. The accommodation features a California King bed in the bedroom as well as a queen-size sofa bed in the living room, catering to your comfort needs. A fully equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances—including a fridge with an icemaker—makes meal preparation a breeze. You’ll find all the necessary kitchenware, including dishes, pots and pans, utensils, and a coffee maker, along with a microwave and a blender for whipping up delicious Hawaiian smoothies.

The condo comes stocked with essentials such as linens (including beach towels), hair dryer, washer/dryer, and even beach gear like chairs, mats, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, an umbrella, and a cooler. For those who enjoy wildlife observation, binoculars are provided so you can watch amazing sights right from your lanai, including whales (seasonal), dolphins, and sea turtles.

The Princess Building adheres to stringent smoke-free and animal-free policies, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere for both residents and guests alike. Smoking is strictly prohibited in common areas, including the lanais, corridors, pool, and lobby, with designated smoking zones located away from the building.

To respect the tranquility of the community, only registered guests may occupy the condo, and we kindly request no visitors during your stay.
